A few years ago, when Mr. Madhukar was exploring pursuits that he was passionate about, he realized that people had always appreciated his writing. He became a student of several accomplished writers who over the years imparted their knowledge and skills to him and mentored him in creative writing - both fiction and non-fiction.
His first stab at writing includes a collection of 13 short stories revolving around the theme of Love and Marriage. However, he deferred publishing this anthology and commenced work on a book intended to help people do and get what they really wanted in life. This book, after 4 years of writing and research, exploded into a 6000-page volume. Mr. Madhukar decided to publish separate books categorized by the various dimensions of life in which the techniques can be applied by readers in their practical day-to-day life.
The first of these books, aided by the insights of hindsight after he quit his job in IT Management, led to the publication of his first book - "Hack the Job: 49 insider hacks to get hired and promoted in your dream job without getting fired or laid off".
Hack the Job, released at the prestigious Times Lit Fest Bengaluru 2018, went on to become an overnight bestseller on Amazon and remained at the top for ten straight days. The book has been acclaimed internationally by readers as the "Bible for all employees and job seekers".
